So my chat with the Amazon representative yesterday? They did indeed forward on my message. But the reply I received today seemed to think I was complaining about an order. No, I was not.
So I went through the system of rating the representative's helpfulness, and they left me an option to send through an email. Which I did. But they didn't put up a confirmation note to say, "Your mail has been sent." They just shut the window, so now I don't actually know if my mail went through or not.
*sigh* There've got to be ways of making this system more efficient.
In other news, my blog's page views got a spike of about 200 views more than it usually gets.
