Criticising & Judging Are Neutral Words. Only the Perception of the OUTCOME is Positive or Negative.

Criticise: "To evaluate (something), and judge its merits and faults."
Judge: "(transitive) To form an opinion on."

When talking about books, people need to stop equating these words with "negativity".

Have you seen ads for movies? "The critics love it!" How is that negative?

"Don't judge a book before you read!" say the people judging a book to be 5 stars before reading it. (Judging only allowed if "positive"?)
